EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Stand preparation.

When setting up your stand, make sure you have some double-sided Velcro; you will need this when attaching anything to the exhibition panels.

Each stand is equipped with overhead lighting which illuminates your display, plus a double mains socket for laptops TV screens etc. Each stand also includes a trestle table and chair plus company name sign above your stand.

Brand awareness.
Your display stand is an extension of your business premises. Attention to planning your display will result in a more favorable response from visitors to the show. Make sure that your company name and logos are clearly visible and that pop up displays and posters are positioned correctly.

Speaking to customers.
Engaging with brides at a Show environment is a completely a different scenario than meeting customers on your premises. The flow of people past your stand requires a different approach. This is where two people working the display stand comes in useful. Don’t thrust material at them, people respond to a more tactful approach.
